INTERTANKO Publication Disbursements for Tankers 1997 now available

This 186-page publication, which includes valuable information regarding the number of tugs used, the cost of anchorage dues, specific levies/taxes etc. where known, is a must for tanker owners, tanker operators and shipbrokers, in fact anyone involved the fixing of tankers.
